GriffinBrooks Consulting (GriffinBrooks) is a boutique consulting firm, established in July 2012, which specialises in servicing the needs of the Public Sector and Not-for-Profit sector in the areas of:


  • Public sector accounting policy advice and implementation
  • Mentoring and training of accounting personnel working in Australian Commonwealth public sector entities, particularly personnel that are new to the Public Sector environment
  • Development of costings for New Policy Proposals and organisational change activities
  • Project Management and quality assurance reviews of financial and ICT projects
  • Development of governance models for the public sector and not-for-profit sector
  • Capital Budgeting, and
  • Strategic and Business planning for the not-for-profit sector.

    • GriffinBrooks services its client’s requirements through utilising the services of a network of independent consultants and small consulting firms, which the directors of GriffinBrooks have built up, and worked with, over a period of more than 30 years working in and servicing the Commonwealth Public Sector in the areas of financial and ICT management. GriffinBrooks only proposes consultants who have the skills and professional expertise to carry out the client’s needs to the highest professional standard, ensuring that the client is delivered a product that not only delivers value-for-money but is equal to, or better than what the client would receive from a larger firm.
